He’s Cool, He’s Hip and all the ladies love him he is Me (Just kidding) He’s Leon Phelps (Tim Meadows) and he is The Ladies Man. Leon is host for a local Chicago radio station which specialty in talking about sex and relationship he is kind of like Howard Stern but not as raunchy.
But Leon is getting a lot of heat from his boss because of the complaints they are receiving about Leon exceedingly frank nature of his on air comments. So instead of toning it down he keep it up. Until his boss receive a letter from the FCC. So Leon and his producer Julie (Karyn Parsons) get fired so they have to look for a job with no luck of finding one. Until Leon get a letter from one of his ladies and she signed it sweet thing.
So he thing he can hook up with her and be very rich the only problem is that he not sure who she is and has to look in his black book and try to remember her name. But the other problem he has a group of angry husbands looking for him. He has to find sweet thing before the husbands find him. Because he’s The Ladies Man.
The Ladies Man is another SNL sketch to the big screen and let me tell you it was very funny. I like it a lot most of the SNL Movies I like so far. Grated The Ladies Man is not as good as Meet The Parents but is a good movie.
The cast was very funny there is Tim Meadows (Leon) who is the main star of the film and was very funny, Next is Karyn Parsons (Julie) who is Leon producer and support for Leon she was very good also. Billy Dee Williams (Lecter) who was the bar owner as well as the narrator of the story, he was also good. The supporting cast was also good.
There were a lot of jokes and laughs in The Ladies Man. One of them is the group of husbands who is looking for Leon. They form a internet group called The Victims of the Smiley but. The head of the group is Lance (Will Ferrell) who plays a wrestler with personal issues. He was very funny as he usually is on SNL. And also there was an eating contest that was so funny I could not stop laughing.
The Ladies Man also had a cameo from popular actress who plays a part you are not use to she her in. Overall The Ladies Man was one funny movie if you have never seen the sketch on SNL you will still like this movie and you laugh so hard you stomach will hurt.
