This world is a big place and not everything in this world is good. Not everybody is living the happy life. What if you could do 3 things for 3 people to change there life would you? Pay it Forward is the new film from Mimi Leder (Deep Impact).

For Eugene Simoneti (Kevin Spacey) being a social studies teacher is what he is good at. But deep in his soul he is a emotional wreck because of past trauma that has left him permently scar on his face and in his soul. But what he doesn’t know is that his new 7th grade class will change his life forever. He assigns his class one extra credit assignment. If you could change the world what would you do to change it?

His one student Trevor (Haley Joel Osment) who has a hard life of his own. He is raised by his single mom Arlene McKinney  (Helen Hunt) who works 2 jobs and struggling to raise Trevor and also while trying to fight her own inner problems. So Trevor pretty much raise himself as well as trying to help his mom which he loves a lot. He comes up with a idea which he calls Pay it Forward in which you help three people and they in return help three people and so on.

But there is a catch. The rules are:

It has to be something that really helps people. Something they can’t do themselves. I do it for them, they do it for three other people. But what he doesn’t know is that it becomes very popular in other cities and he is changing lives for a lot of people, including his very own.

Pay it Forward was a very good movie it was a feel good movie just like Remember the Titans was. The director did a great job on showing us the story and it’s characters and brings us into the story and feeling what they are feeling.

The actor and actress was great, Kevin Spacey did an outstanding job of playing the teacher and he shows us why he is Oscar material, Helen Hunt did a great job as the mother with inner problems. But of course the person who stole the show was Haley Joel Osment just like he did in The Sixth Sense he does it again with Pay it Forward. He is becoming a great actor.

I like everything in Pay it Forward it was one of those movies hat grab you make you get into it movie and when it down with you drops you. Overall you will get hook into the story until the end and when you leave the theater you will be talking about this movie for a long time.
