"Literally whipped itself"

One of the biggest battles in the world is the battle of the sexes. Who is the king or queen of the dating scene? One thing is for certain: never underestimate the power of a woman. You may end up getting Whipped.

For 3 best friends (real life also) Brad (Brian Van Holt), Zeka (Zorie Barber) and Jonathan (Jonathan Abrehoms). Their objective in life is scamming the most women, and then tell each other about it on a Sunday brunch at a local diner. As well as looking for Miss Right, they think they all have found her but there is a little problem. They are all in love with the same girl: Mia (Amanda Peet). The question is if Mia is scamming them or are they all Whipped.

Can a film that was once NC-17 get trimmed down to an R and still be good? Well it was okay. It was watch able. You won't be bored. Whipped was written and directed by Peter Cohen, who shot it in 18 days. It was his first feature film, which he did an " ok" job on. But you can tell he is a first time director.

The idea of Whipped was good. But because it was trimed down, it affected the outcome of the movie. But don’t worry. Whipped was a very raunchy film. Raunchier than There’s Something About Mary and this year's Scary Movie and Me Myself and Irene. There's a lot of sexual talk and descriptions in Whipped.

The main cast, consisting of the 3 friends, was good. They worked well together and you could tell they were friends out side of the film. But the real star of this film is Amanda Peet, who was as cute and cunning as she was in The Whole Nine Yards . But sadly she doesn't get naked in Whipped. You would think with all the talk about sex she would have a nude scene, but nope. Amanda is a great upcoming actress and one to look out for.

Overall, Whipped was an " ok" film. The younger generation will like it because they can relate to it. But the older generations would probably not like it at all because of the language. But see it for your self and be the judge.
